The 5 productivity apps that I daily use to increase my productivity

What are productivity apps ?

Apps that improve your efficiency.

What are the 5 productivity apps that I use on a daily basis to boost my productivity?

1: Notion –

Notion was founded by Ivan Zha in 2013. Notion is a note taking and project management app (According to their wiki). However, you can do a lot more in notion to boost your productivity.

I primarily use it for writing my content.

Keeping a list of things that I want to do in my projects.

Books, youtube content, podcasts, and courses I completed their complete list with what I learned from them

Although I journal in my diary, I dump my thoughts here when I am unable to access my diary, such as when I am at work or travelling.

2: Google Tasks -

I use it to maintain list of my daily tasks like buying some med, grocery, calling a client or teammate etc. It’s lightweight and easy to use.

3: Bitwarden -

Bitwarden is free open source password management software.

I previously used to use Lastpass but they changed their pricing and various policies. So, after research found Bitwarden to be the best alternative.

I store most of my stuff here.

4: Digital Wellbeing -

It’s a really good app if you want to limit your usage to of specific or many apps.

I use to block Facebook, Instagram and other apps – mostly I keep 1 hour timer, so apps gets blocked after that. Which does work as a good reminder that I wasted so much time in that app.

It now comes inbuilt with android phones but you can download from playstore too.

5: Fittr -

Fittr was founded by Jitendra Chouksey in 2016. It’s more of a fitness community than just a app.

I joined there Facebook community first then, got to know about app where I started tracking my calories and logging fitness.

Their community is really helpful and inspiring.

You will find transformation journeys , diet tool, bmr calculator, training tool, workout videos, recipes etc. You can also enroll with a coach who will guide you in your journey.
